طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات — Top Games

توفّر هذه الصفحة تعليمات واضحة لطلب حذف بيانات حسابك في منصة Top Games، سواء أنشأته بالبريد الإلكتروني، أو دخلت باستخدام Facebook أو Google.
مهم: إرسال الطلب لا يحذف الحساب فوراً. تُراجع الطلبات من قِبل مسؤول المنصة، ويتم التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ أي حذف. هذا مسار طلب يدوي وليس خدمة حذف تلقائي.
كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك؟
- أرسل رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني الموثّق المرتبط بحساب Top Games إلى البريد المخصص للتواصل أدناه. وإن لم يكن لديك بريد موثّق، اذكر ذلك ليتم التواصل بشأن إثبات ملكية الحساب بوسيلة مناسبة دون طلب كلمة مرورك.
- اكتب في الموضوع «طلب حذف حساب Top Games» وأضف اسم المستخدم، وبيّن أنك تريد حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به.
- سيراجع المسؤول الطلب ويطلب تأكيد ملكيتك بوسيلة آمنة قبل إجراء الحذف. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز تسجيل الدخول في الرسالة.
- بعد الموافقة على طلب صحيح والتحقق منه، يُراجع المسؤول البيانات التي يمكن حذفها من الحساب وملفات الوسائط والسجلات، ويبلغك بنتيجة المعالجة عبر وسيلة التواصل المعتمدة.

ما البيانات المتأثرة؟
قد يشمل الطلب الملف الشخصي وطرق تسجيل الدخول المرتبطة به والصور والمحادثات والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب. قد تكون بعض سجلات المباريات والتبليغات والنسخ الاحتياطية خاضعة لمراجعة مستقلة لأسباب الأمان أو الالتزامات القانونية والتشغيلية؛ وسيُوضّح ما يتعذر حذفه عند معالجة الطلب.
إلغاء صلاحية Facebook أو Google
يمكنك أيضاً إزالة صلاحية تطبيق Top Games من إعدادات Facebook — التطبيقات ومواقع الويب أو من إعدادات Google — الاتصالات. إلغاء الصلاحية لدى المزود وحده لا يحذف بيانات حسابك المخزنة في Top Games؛ لإتمام طلب الحذف اتبع الخطوات أعلاه.

These instructions explain how to request deletion of your Top Games account data, whether you signed up by email or used Facebook or Google Login.
Important: This is a manually reviewed request process, not an instant automatic account deletion system. We verify account ownership before taking action.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the verified email associated with your Top Games account using the contact below. If your account has no verified email, say so; we will request other proof without asking for your password.
- Use the subject "Top Games Account Data Deletion Request", include your player username, and state that you want to delete the account and associated data.
- An administrator reviews the request and verifies account ownership through a secure process. Never send passwords or sign-in codes by email.
- For valid verified requests, the administrator assesses the account and related profile media and records, processes the eligible deletion, and communicates the outcome to you.
Email a data deletion request
Data covered by the request
A request may cover profile details, linked sign-in methods, profile media, messages and personal account information. Some match records, security reports and backups may require separate retention review for safety, operational or legal reasons. Any data that cannot be removed will be explained when we process the request.
Remove Facebook or Google access
You may separately remove Top Games access in Facebook Apps and Websites or Google Connections. Revoking access at the provider does not by itself delete data stored at Top Games. To request that deletion, follow the steps above.
